Your relationship once thought as a rock becomes quicksand. It derails. During all of this, you face consequences of the relationship, maybe children, a house, assets, debts. You feel smothered. Facing the unknown. You never planned that this would ever happen. Questions arise. What will happen to my children? Where will I live? How will I survive financially? Who is to get what? How do I divide it? What happens to all our debt?

This is why I became a family law lawyer. To help you navigate through the uncharted waters you are facing. My practice initially focused on three areas, civil litigation, criminal law and family law. For the last 17 years, I have devoted my practice to family law. It’s all I do. I purpose to provide each client with advice and counsel to reach positive outcomes so they can move forward with their lives from the unfortunate circumstances that they are facing.

Meet Bryan
Mr. Bryan Blodgett
Bryan has practiced family law for over 30 years. His skillful and effective advocacy has earned the respect of his clients, as well as judges, colleagues and adversaries. Bryan’s approach starts with a straightforward recognition, namely that a divorce, legal separation or dissolution of a domestic partnership is a process, not simply an event.
An essential part of that process is learning the client’s story. Bryan and his staff provide a safe place for clients to feel comfortable to share their story. He listens. Unlike the approach taken by some that will simply tell the client what they want to hear, Bryan will inform the client of what they need to know, after he learns of the unique facts of your situation.
Through Bryan’s vast experience, he will outline a strategic approach that will provide an action plan to apply the client’s needs to the equitable relief that is available. Bryan’s genuine concern and compassion provides the foundation stones for which he will aggressively advocate for each client with the goal of helping the client navigate through this enormously difficult time.
